If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1.1 Maxims App Specific Terms

In addition to the general terms, our Maxims mobile application includes features powered by artificial intelligence via third party providers. By using the Maxims app, you acknowledge that your chat conversations with the AI coach may be stored to provide contextual continuity, safety oversight, and user experience improvements. These chat logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days. You may request deletion of your chat history by contacting support, subject to review and confirmation.

Our apps, including Maxims, may request personal details including sensitive information. This information is used solely to enhance your product experience, such as tailoring features or content based on your preferences. You may manage or remove it at any time through in-app settings or by contacting support.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Product Tools LLC's digital properties for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Product Tools LLC's website;
